My first instinct is Wal-Mart liking it, or another big player in the mass production/low price industry.

Easily $80k - $120k in the domainer world, but some entity like Wal-Mart may pay up to half a million or more.

I'd say you're looking around $400,000 but If you keep it for about 1-3 years you're looking way over $1,000,000. Domain prices are growing faster than the world's population.
