$0, Tm type issues with regging names of famous people. Having the official in there actually makes it even worse in my opinion. There is an arguement that can be made for fan sites, but that doesn't work when the site claims to be 'official'

Unless you are authorised to say you are the official site you are going to get screwed.

I would get a grace delete here, it has stepped over the boundary of being a simple fansite to being something that would leech fans from the true official site to yours.

I will assume your not "offically" hooked up with Miss Leona Lewis and give it a big Zero. Official looks to be leonalewismusic.co.uk lol I would delete this name faster than a tiger going after a fat camper.

ok guys how can i del this domain name?

if you just bought it ask for a refund or a store credit. If you owned it for over like 5 days check it and then click "delete" in your account.

From what I can see 123-reg do not allow cancellations and do not give refunds. You will just need to turn off their auto-renew so it does not renew after the year you've paid for.

So unfortunately no refund I don't think - I've used the same site which is a shame.

No idea, I don't have experience in this yet. I just know with 123-reg you don't get a grace cancellation period :)

For the most part people can see your intentions, so long as you let it drop and do not attempt to profit off it you will be okay, most people are reasonable.

It is only when you start confusing people and siphoning traffic using the mark of a company that you will get noticed.

This is not an invite for everyone to register dodgy domains and hold them for a few years till someone dies, but it is only when you make a big splash that people tend to notice.

Just let it die slowly and you should be fine :)

You could of course email the official website and offer to push it to them without charge so you can get rid of it in the best way you know how.

A fine is possible, but generally speaking you just end up with a C&D and then a UDRP...which John Berryhill in the legal section would be far better explaining than me lol

Write 123-reg and tell then you need to delete this from your account. If they resist tell them you will move to another regiester if they cant help you do such a basic thing in your time of need. I wouldnt write the offical site.

What johname said - see if 123-reg will let you delete the domain before its expiration date.

If nothing else, point it to a blank page.

Worth $0.

Zero. IMO.

Stay away from other people's names and avoid .CO.UK as much as possible.
