Possible meanings might be:
1. leocom = a brand name. The names with local suffix have been already registered in hong kong, korea, japan, and germany.
2. leo com = leo computing
leo communication, etc.
3. leocom = acronym of Low Earth Orbit Communication (what's that?)

It seems that it is more meaningful to whom is called "leo" (e.g. myself).
Actually, I have received a mail from a guy who is interested in this domain because it is the name of his company. But I don't know what the business is. I only know that guy is from industrikapital .com. He asked me to quote the price.

Leo Laporte would like this perhaps. he owns leoville.com and leo.am. He host a tech cable show and does live radio on Sats and suns 11a, to 2 pm on 640 KFI am Los Angeles, CA.
Also he has one of the top podcasts called TWIT (this week in tech) and is great. :imho:
