The .co.uk is developed and I would think that it would be good paying keywords for PPC - If it was mine I would remove your asking price and let it ride for a while and see what it earns in PPC before you think of selling it.

No, I'm just saying that the same domain in the .co.uk is developed (by Lawyers) so he "may" get a little extra traffic and PPC because of it.
