leetforum.net is for sale $200
I don't have time for this site unfortunately...won't sell it for less than $200 though.
I've never sold a complete site before, so the buyer will have to work with me to transfer everything. The hosting is not included but everything else is...database and etc.
The site doesn't get a ton of traffic but it has amazing potential!
It's PHPBB + Alexa2 (slightly modified) theme. I added the quick reply box as well.
