domain Leet Domain values

I have invested heavily in leet domains (numbers in place of letters) like
HIST0RY, T0D0.. but i do not see any demand for that.

But all domains of this kind (making sensible words) are gone.

Will it gain any value or not?

First... I have absolutely no idea what I'm talking about but... IMO they wont really ever be that valuable.. why? Because it's confusing for people.. which letter are leet and which aren't and all, can be hard to remember
