It is definitely worth more than one regfee because it is is paid up to 2024

This is about the only must have electronic, easy to ship sign a business needs. Hence the reason you even own it. I would think the LED is cheaper than neon in cost, use, and less chance of breakage.

This domain has a history before you got it in 2014. Looks like a sign manufacture bought it from someone else. They used it as a traffic redirect to their website. This sign company is still in business, so the name didn't drop because of say bankruptcy/distress. This would lend to the case of the domain not being much of a traffic domain.

Technically its an Open Closed LED Sign. openclosedledsigns.com is taken, which is great 'sign'.

I noticed ledopensigns.cn is a sign factory in China

Personally I would judge the domain on traffic, but there is enough bread crumb hints to LEaD to the conclusion that this can be sold for a profit. Reseller domainers would want to get in this at low $xxx or less in my opinion. And try to sell around 2k
ledtv.com sold for 3k which hints at a 2k enduser ceiling

It's an EMD that without traffic isn't really a very enticing name and ultra restrictive. No one would open a business with this as their front door but the term has a fair few results with ads so it's not worthless.

If a business wanted it I would say ~$1K anything more would be overpaying for only an adequate name.
It is unlikely to recoup costs too quickly.

Probably $500 would be reasonable

Reseller would be $50

If an end user bought it I would expect them to drop it in about 2 years when traffic was not good (you don't say if it is) but then J has said it renewed 10 years.

I absolutely would. Its full of opportunity for a very easy to run e-commerce store. One product, one box to stock, one box to ship...its ideal on so many levels. It's something every retail store needs and will probably be in demand for quite awhile. I would be hard pressed to find a better candidate for an easy to run business.

Was a deal from another thread about this section and people appraisal accuracy. I sold it over a month ago as you can tell by the records to a company over seas. Johname was dead on on his appraisal as someone else said he always is in that park.
