leasings (dot) ca

It's taken in all other extensions, and it is the plural of "leasing". Maybe it's best to develop it into a site that lists leasing opportunities. Please let me know what you think of it's value, thank you!

how is it bad grammar? it's the plural of "leasing". Anyways yeah i know the extension might not be great, but maybe it can just be directed at canadians only. Ah well.

it is a rarely used term...leases if far better...and it sounds like bad grammar even if it is not bad grammar.

I stand by my valuation

I disagree with the above comment on bad extension. The .ca extension is very popular in the Canadian market, many Canadians will search for .ca even before .com.

As far as the domain goes, I wouldn't valuate it higher than reg fee.

i see what you mean... kind of like saying "hunting" vs "huntings" or "buying" vs. "buyings". But i notice companies use "Leasings" as part of their company name.

How many times do you see a dot ca at or near the top of a generic seach listing? (and don't say "Canadian Tire")

Canadians don't "search for a .ca"...they search using the terms they are looking for.

I always search for .ca first
and good old google. even though I type in google .com it directs me
to google .ca and will provide the .ca results first, or very close to it..

EX:
coffee - 4th down
cars - 1st
oil - 3rd
money - 2nd
travel - 1st sponsored - 3rd regular

no doubt if you are not in Canada, the results will be different.

Canadians love the .ca and if it's available - most will take it over the .com
especially for their Canadian Businesses ;)

as for Leasings - it is used, but mostly just in documents.

Thanks...I stand corrected, but this Canadian (in Canada) never searches for a dot ca....I would put "canada" in as one of my search terms.

I also think its bad grammer. As for as the .ca extension, it is popular with Canadian business. You are supposed to be Canadian or have a Canada address to register with the CIRA (Canadian internet registration authority)
