Weird, Godaddy has leasetype"s".com as a premium name and estibot has it as Reg fee.
Leasetype.com is valued at high $700 on estibot and godaddy has it as normal ?

I think EstiBot is overvaluating this one. What would be the use for an end user? I'm unfamiliar with this term personally.

Actually, it looks like the domain is available... now, if I thought the domain name was worth reg fee, I'd reg it, but I won't so I don't...does that make any sense?

My appraisal: $reg fee if you can think of some use for it
