That's probably the best. Thats' where I learnt

CSS is relatively easy. Especially with the use of Dreamweaver. The syntax is just:

element {
property:value ;
}

Yeah, likewise. Should be simple. Just read through w3schools's CSS tutorial and it should only take you a day or two to master. Good luck

Depends, some people find it easy, some people find it hard. It all depends on previous programming experience (in my case none which may explain why I'm useless). But it's very beneficial.

If website programming is what you want to do then absaloutely. It's only you who can make that choice

Don't learn to much at once, your being a little naive here, PHP will take you a while to learn, its not like HTML or CSS, and I suggest you spend alot of time learning it, as it is very powerful and will take a while to master.

Cool. It's relatively easy to understand. It's just the first hurdle of understanding the syntax.
