Yes, it's a very snappy and usable name for a portal, since it obviously describes a place you jump/leap from or to.
However, there are thousands of neat names for portals; since this one doesn't have any keywords in it to infer what it's a portal for, I guess it would have to be considered as a general portal or search engine. Since those are flooding the net these days, you'd either have to develop it into something outstandingly (egad, is that a real word?) neat and useful, or hope a user comes along who thinks it's ideal for something they want to dev.
I like it a lot, very cool name, and widely usable; but its use is unclear so unless someone trolls across it and suddenly thinks it's wonderful, I think it'll be hard to sell for any high price.
reseller - maybe somewhere xx, low xxx if they're lovin' it.
end user - I doubt they'd go higher than low to med xxx at most... any more and they'd realize just how many other similar names are still avail for reg fee; you just gotta find the right one who loves this name over all others for something to dev.
It IS a cool name, so I hope you find that motivated buyer
