At first glance I loved this domain for development. There is a huge base for up and comming web designers to be able to display their content/skills. I think this would be a great domain for a site that would allow them to do so and possibly earn a little cash. Considering how popular templates are now a days - there is not telling what you could use this for. MySpace - WordPress - Generic Flash Templates. Look at MonsterTemplates.com - a great site that I visit often to get some ideas and on occasion pick up a template.

In regards to valuation of this domain name? By itself Im thinking just over reg fee. With development though - I could see your site pulling in quite a few bucks off of adsense and people buying templates... Big bucks!

Thanks for your appraisals. I find there is quite some potential behind it.

I very likely will be developing this domain at a later stage, unless I get any reasonable offer before. Right now I just have too many projects in the startup stage.
