Why £94 for two years? Can't you transfer it to a cheaper registrar? No reason you should pay more than about 6 or 7 quid for a two year registration.

Well this name might be very valuable to a UK based law firm. I would renew it.

I renewed with a NZ registrar for $89 NZD which is about 30 pounds, will probably sell on, thanks for advice.
