I have finally got my code to a point where it can be put through the paces by some people who are willing. The current site should be considered BETA, as I am the only one who has played with it and tested so far.
Only registered users are able to chat and rate channels, as well as create their own channels. For now, members are limited to 1 channel (subdomain) per account.
Also, I don't limit any of the HTML code for the channel, so you can put you own ads (such as adsense) on your channel. The idea is to embed another feed from Justin.tv or Freedocast or similar sites into a single channel.

Appreciate any feedback that you may have if you decided to use the site.

Thanks

It is going to want at least one non-alphanumeric character and at least 8 characters in length. I need to update the page to show the requirements or make the message a little more user friendly.

If that doesn't work, let me know.

just wondering how your site is different than youtube and other video sites? what would make someone want to start a channel on your site rather than start a channel on youtube?

There are obviously other big players in this market, but I thought I would give a go at it.
I am not as familiar with the channel concept on YouTube, but I think that YouTube is still mostly record and upload, where sites like Justin.TV are live streaming.
I am trying to provide a place to merge all of that together and provide the end user with an easy URL to provide to others.
I first saw the need for a site like this when watching sports online. Those feeds are usually shut down fairly quickly and the URL for the channel is always changing. Since the content isn't hosted on my site, the person running the channel does not have to send out a new URL to those who follow the channel. They can just update the content of their channel with the new embedded content. In the future, I plan on password protecting channels or allowing memberships to a channel as a way of restricting access if needed.
I also don't limit what HTML the end user can put in, so not only can you embed videos from other sites, but you can place any content that you want on your channel. This opens it up to other feeds, such as SopCast or Stream Torrent, that are not available on other sites.

I plan on putting an FAQ on the site with some more information on why to use this site over just one after the new year.

Thanks all for the feedabck. I will start to do a stronger advertising push once I get more of the planned features in place.
