@centreurope is completely right.
And I am wondering, how many domains have you sold so far ?
Because if you have already sold a number of domains 'just hand regged', and you are confident about your business model then go for it. But you need the proof of concept before you scale up.

@JB Lions mentioned, JustDropped does just that kind of thing. I registered at JustDropped many years ago and I bought only two names from the guy. I even unsubscribed from the daily newsletter a long time ago, because it was not worth the time reading the lists every day, most of the names are not very good. No offense to JustDropped, he runs a good service. I found a few good expired names while searching the site so I owe him
The challenge is that you are trying to sell names that nobody is looking for. As simple as that. Domainers are buying stuff that nobody wants.
Of course there are exceptions. But most of the time, names that have been sitting unregistered for a long time (or forever) will not sell.
As for the drops, almost anything that is remotely recent is picked up.
I don't think deep learning is going to make a difference for you.
I would think it could only work for Huge Domains because they are doing it on a massive scale but their profitability is in doubt.
In the past there was a fine guy who ran a newsletter of unregistered names, so you had to send him a small fee of $2 for each name you would register from the list (it worked on the honor system).
Needless to say he discontinued the service a long time ago.
The problem is not just selling the names but dealing with customers. There's clerical work involved. You will have to exchange mails with people, assist them with push or transfer. People who are not domainers are not familiar with this. You will see that interacting with customers consumes a lot of time and makes the whole experience unprofitable.
If you want to automate the whole thing, you need some kind of turnkey registrar/reseller solution.
Upon completion of the purchase you send a user ID + password and the buyer can use the domain name right away via a control panel, but will have to transfer out him/herself. It is very possible that most buyers will not bother transferring the name, so you could charge for renewals and build a revenue stream...
So I would look at some kind of reseller/API solution to integrate with your backend, so that you can deliver names immediately and in an automated way. But you need to reconsider your business model. I think you will struggle with a plan like that.
