It's a small niche (compared to Chinese food in the UK, for example), but you could try approaching restaurants and shops that specialise in Latin food, as it's an easy to remember name, so good if even for marketing. However, there's also the switch to .uk to consider, so I don't feel (personally) that .co.uk domains hold as much value at the moment.
But you mention developing it... I don't see you making much from Adsense and you're going to have to chase a hell of a lot of keywords to get worthwhile search engine traffic.
I think selling it is your better option, but even then quite a bit of effort to find the right buyer.
Not sure about price due to eventual switch to .uk, but I wouldn't aim unrealistically high (do some research on similar domain sales for .co.uk). Maybe mid-high ยฃxx.
