how much can i expect, if i want to sell the domain ?

If you develop it you can expect a nice return on it, maybe high xx to low xxx if you develop it well.

Unless developed I see no value myself... then again Im not crazy about developing any name when I dont own the .com unless it was some amazing keyword.
