From a visitor perspective, I thought your site would be an online shopping site. After clicking a link on the menu, I was brought straight to Amazon. If this is the objective of your site, it should be organised more readily and be more visually appearing. From my monitor, your site looks like this [http://img208.imageshack.us/img208/3041/1cx7.jpg].

There is a lot of white space to fill. Firstly, organise the advertisements and move them outside the center. I know you want to earn revenue, but having them right in the middle just turns the visitor away.

With your menu, categorise them alphabetically, in groups. Thus, group all clothing related together, in alphabetical order. Your banner at the top has the ‘not sharp’ image from saving in Paint or in low quality. Save them as 24-bitmap or high quality in Photoshop.

For features, consider a 'Most Purchased' or 'Recommended Items' section.

And on a small note, get your site a favicon and fix the typo in the <Title> tag for Shopping. [It's spelt Shoping]
