Fully functional lyric site with admin area.
http://www.LyricsLocate.com

Allows users to add lyrics so once you get a good traffic flow you will have automated updates.

Lyric site is designed to get a lot of search engine traffic.

Example: I own another lyric site that I made just over two months ago now gets over 200 uniques a day with over 1,000 pageviews and over 100 different search terms that referred them to my site. Most search terms have numerous visits.

Each artist page has an automatically updating RSS feed so that search engine crawlers will think it is constantly being updated, thus increasing rankings and traffic.

This was custom designed by myself for this site, all code is original and brand new.

It is designed in a template system. The header and footer are all in one file so you only have to change them once and they will be changed on all 170,000 pages.

Every song and artist has it's own URL using mod_ReWrite for even more search engine ranking. This was designed with the search engines in mind.

Also left a lot of room for the new owner to easily place their ads to avoid congestion.

Admin area allows you to approve or disapprove submitted lyrics, and is very easy to do.

http://www.lyricslocate.com/admin for the demo.

BIN: $350
pm or post sold and offers.

Also: I already submitted this site to over 40 search engines.
I also put a link to this site up from a PageRank 6 page and will keep it up there for one month.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
