I am a web developer with Tech Guy Web Solutions. I have created a few interactive sites that I would like to sell. The sites would normally go for $1500+
if a client was to ask for them but I am willing to sell them significantly cheaper.
http://www.massjobfind.com - A fully functional interactive job find site for Massachusetts based companies and jobfinders. It uses a premium job script that has been fully customized. Users
can apply to jobs on the site and create a complete resume online. I am asking for $500 for this site.
http://www.djsocialnetwork.com - This site offers an extensive social network for DJs, musicians and any music lover. We launched about 2 weeks ago and already have some members and posts.
It offers user profiles with walls, images, videos. Groups and forum. A DJ directory where you can list DJs free or for a fee. I am asking $700 for this site.
http://www.websitepremium.net - A membership base website for premium content including PLR articles, designs, SEO tools and more. It has an SSL set up and is ready to take payments for membership.
Once the user registers and buys a membership they automatically able to view and download the content. Once their membership is up, they will automatically loose access. No manual maintenance except uploading new content.
I have yet to upload all the content but will also give it to you after purchase. I have about 100 premium products with resale rights also included. I am asking $1000.
