This particular domain is tricky, as Laptop Devices are not a common searched term. A couple niches that draw traffic according to the Keyword Tool, are Laptop:
-security devices
-input devices
-cooling devices
-pointing devices

If you develop the site into a revenue earning project, then the value will be realized. Similarly, if you market a business model for revenue along with your domain name you may be able to add some value without developing it. Good luck.

As much as I want this domain to be worth something, no one searches for "laptop devices". I get where you are going with this one, but it would be up to you to convice an end user that he needs to purchase the name.
