I don't know any Chinese, but I like to do these little web apps :] so I made you a quick little IDN to Chinese translator :D http://idn.domainloops.com What it does is that it first translates the "XN--"+input to the sign(s) and then if no error, it tries to translate it into English (Unihan definition of hanzi characters).
