I wouldn't say the .info is worth $0 just because the .com is parked.
Possibly its parked because the owner does not want to sell or is asking a high price nobody wants to pay.. With the new UDRP possible changes parked domains are in risk of being lost..
With the .com being unavailable opens the door for end-users to adapt to a different extension more economically reasonable.
Your domain has potential.. Could be an info site on airline departures and arrivals..

I agree with the guy above, parked dot com domains most of the times have behind a greedy owner who asks an unrealistic amount of money so it stays like that an someone with an excellent idea to develop a site has to conform with other extensions.
