or how was this done...? might not and probably wont accept international text messaged however the driver picks up his phone and reads a text (that you sent in) then crashes with an on-coming car....

it's a combination of hardware and software for sms application here in our country we have
mozcommunicator
it's a pc connected with sim readers, and the command is sent to the sim and the sim communicates to the software installed in the computer and then sends back results as sms text to the mobile phone
