I'm pretty sure it's safe as there's many enthusiasts and dealers using the name with no problem.

Do you think the guy who owns http://www.racinglambrettas.com/ since 2001 has been hit up by wipo? :D

Well then a good domain with obvious reseller value, don't think I can give an estimate to the value since i dont really know about this...
