domain L-N-L .net domain

I have a L-N-L .net domain with over 17,000 backlinks.

Domain was originally registered mid-2006.

I'm trying to decide if I want to keep it or sell it. Problem is, I'm not really sure of what it's value is. I know what it can do for me in terms of SEO for other sites, and I would like to compare that to the potential value if I just sold it. Did that make sense?
