great name and tbh was prob worth nailing even at the afternic price, can only leap in value, developed will be priceless

L-A works as well as LA

Develop, hold and in a few years wouldn't be surprised if you got a telephone number price for it

lets just say i have checked out this whore a few times, i liked what i saw

i very nearly pulled trigger few weeks back but got let down on a big sale

i spoke to selller before and after, he was even kind enough to tell me the other week the sales price :sold:

it doesn't take a lot of imagination to see how a well developed site, and i mean you only need to spend low xxxx to get a great site.
the search engines will treat her very well

i dont see how you can lose tbh, you paid a fair price for her, but s still agreat price and will be worth a lot more as the years roll by that's for sure

It's funny how we both almost bought this domain in the last couple weeks.

I was trying to get Gordon to sell this to me for a couple of months. Eventually got him to agree to a price, he said he would sign up to escrow so i could send the money and then no word from him. Oh well. I was only willing to pay about half of the price i was told it sold for.
