I see little value in it, personally. Kung Fu is a martial arts thing, so something along the lines of "martial arts class" would be the improvement, than the singular being a "guru". A lot of people do learn, but it typically happens in a class, than a singular guru showing you? Just the way I see it. That said, I'd probably feel differently about it brand wise if it happened to be more generalised, such as "fight guru dot com"

To extract KingFu out of Martial Arts as a domain name for resale purposes isn't gonna work, imo.
Too specific of a niche. Extremely specific. I bet now running a kungfu thru list of pairing, you get 20-30 good available combinations right away.
The martial art I'd personally get extracted is boxing, and it has to be some very popular, highly competitive word. Just my opinion.
Good luck with this name, but I hardly see it selling for more than $100 and in absolutely the best case scenario.
