Well that serial is directed by ekta kapoor and she is obsessed about numerology and deliberately uses misspellings for naming her productions which are good according to numerology.

are you sure? typing kuchh into the google return 399,000 result whereas typing kuch returns 4,110,000 results. Also, see this google trends graph
