It's a brandable domain name but do you think it's worth anything of value?

I am not actually sure how brandable it really is, if I heard someone say that name to me I would be unsure how it is spelt, I might put a few hundred dollars on it though if I had an idea what I could do with it, but does have some issue with Vogue, a well known fashion magazine...?

With risk of being banned from this forum for multiple appraisals per day I am willing to help. The domain name is a family name and as you said has a good potential for branding. My appraisal is 1500-2000.
