I like these "Regional" types of domains in the alternate extensions ... ".ORG", ".US", ".INFO", ".BIZ"! Unsure if any of the established sites/End user's would be interested, but perhaps a new/newer player for an online "Guide", "Real Estate", or "Business Directory". :D

I should think an excellent addition to the new Namepros WandaCox "Domain Sales Site" to reach out to these potential "leads" as part of a comprehensive marketing plan ... $150 - $200+, IMHO.

Eventually (if not now) there should be some end-user interest, even with the .biz.
Afterall, isn't it the dot biz's that have the deep pockets? Let's hope so.
Should easily fetch $100.

Regional domains are great and yours is one of them! I would say aim for the enduser segment of the market for maximum profit. $100+!
