This site kmbingyu.com gives me a clue, perhaps km is a term related to pictures and the backlink was a partner site. I made a translation and the site is about a professional photographer specialized in weddings.

Whatever the site was had a chinese audience and unless you know Chinese your opportunities to develop it are nil.

Statsie.com valuates it on $139 but IMO the only people to monetize it out of the former traffic is someone who speaks Chinese. Your best shot is trying to look for a Chinese speaker end user or start all over again in the development, out of this the domain is $0.
