appraisal reg fee. Thoughts why I am not hating extension just why you chose what you did? In some countries the kings sets his own tax generally none and lets government collect theirs.

I chose it because it's a short and potentially brand-able domain name which a common word. The .tax extension for that word was simply available plus I think it could be branded together with name

Zero
Low
Minimum
.etc

Your keyword has negative meaning with .tax, because no one wants king (super big) taxes.

Reg fee for me, sorry.

I'd say 5k, largely depends on the buyer though, some might be interested to pay ten times that amount but if I had that one I'd settle for 5k, you can also think of leasing.

Did you check the total sales of this extension? They are only 6 and 2 of those were sold for big money.
