@creataweb Isn't ripple a generic dictionary word? I almost find all dictionary words trademarked. If a domain owner doesn't violate the trademark by competing against the specific products or something, is this still risky in some sense? It would be helpful if you can please clarify a bit as it is quite confusing. Thanks.

i consider "ripple" as a digital currency the same as bitcoin, token, crypto, ...etc so i am not competing any similar TM .

Well, unlike bitcoin, token and crypto, 'ripple' is trademarked, among other things, for "electronic financial platform that facilitates transaction of payments over a computer network". It is trademarked by other companies for other products too. IMO it can only be used for goods/services not trademarked. But you should consult a lawyer for this issue.
