REQ-LOGO Kid's computer programming class - $40

Type of Contest : Logo Design

Prize : $40 USD (via paypal)

Contest End Date & Time : 13th Feb 2015 (Friday) @ 6pm EST

Size Requirements : Vector

Color Requirements : Feel free to experiment with colors.

General Requirements:
-Must be in vector format as size will change.
-Original designs only, no stock or copy-protected images.
-Nice and catchy looking like a school or university logo/badge/emblem
-Incorporate kid(s) and computer(s)

Additional Information :
I started teaching computer programming class for kids age 6 to 12 at the city's recreation center.
I wanted to have my own website to promote it and needed a unique logo.
The domain name is: ComputerScience4Kids
Currently site is not live yet.

The logo will be use on the website, business card as well as certificate.
I will be checking this post several times a day to give you my feedback on your design

Your design has too much white space and the color is a bit dull.

Hmmm, maybe along the line of puzzle box, some lines of codes to say "Hello Kids" ? I wish I can tell you more.

I like your overall design. The ribbon and pacifier has to go as most of the students in my class are boy. You will have to add some other design element to it to illustrate kid's computing. Again the overall concept looks good.

I like your little character on the left. Replace that cube with kids block. Also can you add a square graduation hat to that little fellow? The right side of the design would need to change totally.

Looking good. I like both.

On the left you have the character that curve to the right. It would be nice to have something on the right side that curve back toward the left. It like forming a bowl. Does it make sense to you?

And maybe some layer behind to show some light background? like computer or coding.......
But it is looking good.

Very nice and fresh design! Between the 2 characters, can you design something to fill the space.
Leave this design as it but submit another variation.
O, is the little guy missing a leg?
