Hmmm. Is the domain worth more as a 3-letter acronym or a name for a "kids" site? Can't determine, but I think the fact that it could be either adds value. Speaking retail, you should be able to at least get mid to high $xxx for it. Perhaps more.

I'm no expert but this seems to have all the characteristics of a great (read: lotsa $$$'s) name - short, easy to remember, mass appeal, popular extension. I'd say in the $xx,xxx.
