I've read the .cc is fairly popular with Chinese investors (cc = Chinese Company) and China are investing heavily in football at the moment.

This domain would work well with the following: American Football, Football (soccer), Rugby or general sports.

Do you think developing a website would add value to the domain?

Kickoff.io sold last month according to namebio.
