Definitely used in health circles more than some on here would think. One of my favorite sites is c-k-d.com (cyclical ketogenic diet). And they get tons of traffic. Another great keto site is bodyrecomposition.com/forums. It is Lyle McDonald's site. If you don't know him and still have these keto doamins, you need to become familiar. In fact, I got a couple of his books for Christmas kast year, one of which was The Ketogenic Diet.

OK, I'll be the idiot. I am only saying this because you nailed my two biggest pet peeves all in one post. Anyway, it is LOSE weight, not loose weight. And it's you're, not your (when trying to say 'you are'). I am the first to admit I am far from perfect, but if people would just use these two correctly, I could go around much less on edge.

Typo on the lose. I can't stand when people say stuff like "I am the first to admit I am far from perfect" instead of "I'll be the first" and to clarify further, use the prepositional phrase "in a group".

Anyways no point in even bringing up this little crap on a forum ever.
