Even thou Kenneth Cole is a registered trademark, if somebody who has that name want's to own it, don't they have the right to do that?
This name is worth zero even without the TM issues. If you're looking to build a portfolio of troublesome and worthless names, you are certainly on the right track. I just checked, and you still have time to get a refund and save yourself the wasted reg fee. Best of luck with future registrations.getchaname said:Who here is a smart lawyer? Let me ask the question; are all domain names venerable no matter what??? If you cannot "honestly" answer this question, please don't you will totally make a fool out of yourself...

I only asked for an appraisal I didn't demand it nor did I ask for any legal advice, if one didn't want to waste any time on this topic one didn't have too... For the record I have no problem with any one in these forums and I enjoy a good dialog no matter what side of the fence you are on.
