Keep track of web traffic

DEAR SIR.
Please tell me that how can I know the web traffic (user hits) of a perticuler website.?
There is a website TRAFFICESTIMATE.COM shows the monthly user hits but it shows the traffic
of only that sites which get much user hits. it does not show the traffic of small websites. Is there any websites that keep track the record of all the websites.
