Read More.Everyone wants just a vacation. Just Vacations Inc. filed a UDRP against the domain JustVacation.com. The latter was registered in 2002, while the Complainant registered their JUST VACATIONS mark in 2013.
They disclaim the “vacations” part, however, although they claim 2002 as the date of first use. To make things even more complicated, the Complainant does not operate from JustVacations.com, they use Just-Vacations.com.
