Reg fee I think. With those three words, the keyword is "stars", so you have a domain name with two words in front of the keyword. There are so many possible word combinations that would make sense as much as justthestars.com. It is possible someone would want that exact combination, but there would be so many options to a potential buyer that I don't see much value in that domain name.
If it were two words, thestars.com or juststars.com, then you would have a nice name on your hands.
