The estibot appraisal ? Forget it, you're just another victim.
The sole value of typos reside in the type-in traffic that they get. No traffic, no value. Needless to say, you shouldn't expect a lot of traffic on this one, in particular in a struggling extension.

Even if you had a decent name, I think the general consensus believes that the .MOBI era has come to an end. You may want to grace delete this and look at another extension. IMO.

Wordpress free download, themes are also free If you don't have the developing skills then there are a lot of people on here who will install the site / themes cheap enough... if you are going to develop it. Personally, I would try and get my money back on the name, as there are plenty of names out there that could serve you better with generic keywords that aren't misspellings.

Auto-Buyer is the only one that could be worth a few dollars with development. But all of them are reg fee droppable names without development. As was said nothing happends overnight and you need to spend money and time to make money. Names like these will never sell themselves without alot of hard work.

Nah, don't develop. It's a waste of time. There is no point in developing typo domains. Usually they are used to capture the traffic and redirect it somewhere. That's it. Developing and promoting travell.mobi would most likely generate traffic to travel.mobi (but the domain is still reserved by the registry - cough cough).
Grace delete if you can, otherwise let it drop, don't renew and be more selective next time.

Does wordpress have a mobile version of their script now? I can't imagine why anyone would waste their time putting a full-blown Wordpress site on a .MOBI typo. IMO.

There are numerous mobile plugin's for .mobi with the best being The dotMobi WordPress Mobile Pack | mobiForge

imo this name is worth 0$
if you really have a $100 offer, take it and be glad to get rid of it.
if not, delete it before the next renewal date

generally stay away from such extensions, and specially TYPOS of such extensions
