I would think how ever the sky is the limit to an end user...The name seems important to that industry it is a bit long but there's just no shorter spelling. It is generic/basic and does have people searching for them..

For any orthopedic manufacturer, this one should be VERY interesting domain, and even if that only means that they're interested in gaining the traffic that this domain can generate.
Furthermore, looking at all the infomercials at night, there should be a buyer there as well.

Deved with content: low - mid $xxxx (around the 3-5k mark)
