i dont like it either. "tax foreclosures" is an ok keyword but it's a long domain. plus its in that .us extension. it's also hard for me to envision a company trying to hand-reg that domain, see that its taken, and try to buy it off you.
.us works well with premium geo domains like: nyc.us or LosAngeles.us
i think a better approach to hand-regging is going after keywords, product-service related, in com/net/org extensions. https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal will give you hundreds to thousands of ideas and even show you which keywords get what searches.
you can save the keywords to notepad, get rid of the spaces and plug it into domaintools bulk registration (http://www.domaintools.com/bulk-check/) and find out which ones are available. remember to check for hyphenated versions of good keywords!
