Polak's OVT results are extremely low but its Google results a very interesting. I would say look further into this name and see if it is something you would want to develop. On that end it would have value.

Pomerania is a destination and I've heard of the name before. I'm not certain to how popular it is though. OVT results are low and Google is modest. This would take even more development and possible advertising.

To some level these two have development potential. Just imagine them as vacant land. The sort of house you build on it will dramatically affect its value.

*** Omnium would be a trademark issue (check USPTO). Seriously think about this one.

I made a mistake when registering polak,mobi. My dictionary shows it means Polish...
So I run to grab it..

I registered Nofun,mobi because Nofun,com just sold for $8,780 on SnapNames.
I think it should be higher if on Sedo.

Frank...I know that in Germany a nickname for Polish people is: polak...but I think that's not meant to be very friendy (correct me if i'm wrong)

That was a mistake dropping polak. If you check Google you'll see it is has many references, mainly in last names and business names. There are few negatives and seriously, when was the last time someone said a Polish Joke? Now those would have development value in a directory. Also, Yahoo has good results and ads on this name. The CNO and .info extensions also have valid sites running. Like I said, it's all in how you choose to develop the name.

You should never dump just because they tell you to, for some people are watching and waiting for that so they can reg it. If you have a name keep it for 1 year and see what happens regardless of what people think. IF you see no real outcome after 1 year then don't renew...a lesson learned I agree with keithmt.
