Well, your own words highlight some of the issues in regards to domain sales. You pointed out that SofaGuy.com is for sale for $5,000 + dollars, when in fact you dont believe it to be worth that much (I agree with you). Same issue with this domain. Its just not that great. Its a brandable name only, its not gonna see much type in. My guess, your looking at a couple dollars resale (if anything). and to the right end-user, a few hundred dollars oughta do the trick.

Now, getting the end-user for this domai? Thats tough...

You and a buddy get into the Sofa Business and call yourselves the Sofa Guys! You need to find someone that is in the furniture biz in order to reap some potential dollars I believe. As has been said, you won't get a lot of type ins.
