As some know I sold OwnIt.biz last week for $2500 & OwnIt.us for $1500.
Now the point here is, I saw today on Ron Jackson's (Duke's) Domain Name Journal

that Juice.net sold for only $1500! That is an awsome one word .net.
I guess it only goes to show you that when you are trying to appraise/evaluate a domain name, value is in the eye/needs of the buyer.
I wish I had known about the Juice.net sale!
