Junk Email

I've reg-ed one a domain that seems to be associated with spam emailing and now i have hundreds of junk emails and non-deliverables - is this a good thing?

the links are not back to the domain but all messages are sent from this domain

is good - lots of links to my domain but do parking systems (sedo) not pay on these clicks or will the association with a spam email affect my price?

Also am I liable for the spam emails?
