My Side
I got a team of couple of IT Recruiter in INDIA who are ready to work for us.
My responsibility will be to take a quality work from them, as we grow up and as we will get more work from the market we will gradually increase the team by adding more IT Recruiter professionals in our Organization. This is how we are going to establish a firm.
How i got this Idea.
I have couple of friends of mine who are working in the same. In different companies and in the different Organizations(Small & Big). They are working for their company and their company got many Individual clients in United states of America. Company is getting paid in a huge amount but they are not getting even a 10% out from it.
I was aware from all the scenario and had a word with them. That on the basis of high pay they are willing to work with us.
And remaining amount will be ours. who so ever will be able to get a client for my team. Will be a partner of mine and will earn the amount what i will be earning in a action time.
